Purchases are valid for exchange, store credit, or refund within 30 calendar days of receipt.
All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, free of any odors and undamaged, with all tags attached. We only accept returns of unused and undamaged items.
Custom sized orders are non-refundable as they are made to your provided measurements.
US Returns: Customer will be responsible for return shipping.
Free Exchanges: Prepaid shipping label provided for exchanges with approved RMA number.
*Clearance items are not eligible for free returns/exchanges, customer will be responsible for return shipping for clearance items only.
International customers requesting returns or exchange are responsible for all shipping charges.
An RMA number must be obtained by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. No refunds will be processed without an RMA number, no exceptions. Damaged or torn items will not be refunded and will be sent back.
Upon submission of the request, you will be provided an RMA number via email. It takes about 1 to 2 business for us to process the request. Once the request is processed, you will be provided a prepaid label within 24 hours to send the item back to us via courier.
Refunds (Return to Original Payment)
You can expect to receive your refund within 7 to 8 business days from receipt of your item. In many cases the you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate 7 to 8 business days based on these factors:
- Item inspection at our returns facility (up to 3 business days)
- Processing from your financial institution (up to 5 business days)
