CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom sized orders are non-refundable as they are made to your provided measurements.
We guarantee 100% fit or the product is free.
Although it is very unlikely, but in case the the fit is not as per submitted, we will remake a make the necessary adjustment and send you a new one free of cost.
STANDARD SIZE ORDERS
Purchases are valid for exchange, store credit, or refund within 60 calendar days of receipt.
All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, free of any odors and undamaged, with all tags attached. We only accept returns of unused and undamaged items.
*Blowout items are no eligible for return, exchanges, or refunds.
FREE US & Canada EXCHANGES ON ALL ORDERS : Free prepaid shipping label provided for approved exchanges with RMA number.
We Provide Prepaid Shipping Label for US & Canada Orders: Prepaid shipping label provided for approved return/exchanges with RMA number. A return shipping fee of $11.99 will automatically be deducted from your refund.
Outside of US & Canada, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost.
If you do not wish to use the pre-paid return label, we recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package has been delivered to our warehouse.
Returns & Exchange Process:
To begin your return, please email us at motoart@1-4group.com with the following information:
- You will be required to provide your order number and an email address associated with the order
- Select the reason for the return
- Chose the type of return (Exchange, Return to Original Payment or Store Credit)
- If you are submitting a request for an exchange, please make sure to mention the size for the exchange.
Upon submission of the request, you will be provided an RMA number via email. It takes about 1 to 2 business for us to process the request. Once the request is processed, you will be provided instructions within 24 hours to mail the item back to us.
Refunds (Return to Original Payment)
You can expect to receive your refund within 7 to 8 business days from receipt of your item. In many cases the you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate 7 to 8 business days based on these factors:
- Item inspection at our returns facility (up to 3 business days)
- Processing from your financial institution (up to 5 business days)
Instructions will be provided upon completing the RMA request.
